REDWOOD ART ASSOCIATION 47TH ANNUAL SPRING EXHIBITION April 22 - June 5 Dr. Richard and Elizabeth Anderson & Tom Knight Galleries This exhibition is an all member juried show. This year’s juror is Susan Hillhouse, Chief Curator for the Triton Museum of Art in Santa Clara. Hillhouse has a long reputation as a curator of contemporary art, including more than 200 exhibitions, having juried and judged over 100 art shows throughout Northern California, and is a frequent guest lecturer at various colleges and art organizations. |

4TH ANNUAL NORTHWEST EYE Regional Fine Art Photography Competition & Exhibition April 2 - May 22 William Thonson Gallery Open to all photographers residing in the Pacific Northwest: Northern California (from Monterey Bay north), Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Yukon Territory, and Alaska. Five Best of Show Awards for $250 each and a Grand Prize Award of $1000. Juror Judy Dater has been making photographs for over 30 years. One of America’s foremost photographers, Dater is best known for her images of women and confrontational photographs of the nude. Having received numerous grants and awards, she is a lecturer and workshop leader throughout North and South America, Europe, and Japan.
