Anderson and Knight Galleries

As always, this exhibition is eclectic, surprising, and enjoyable. The Annual Humboldt Arts Council Member Show is a juried exhibition that highlights the fabulous art produced by HAC Artist Members. 

This year’s juror is Mary Patricia (mp) Warming. Artist-Curator mp Warming is the Founder of Galerie Green & Art Science Exhibits Berlin. Her socially engaged, activist art projects revolve around themes of ecosystem regeneration. The educational exhibitions she curates feature work by artists and scientists worldwide - and often include art she creates with Evolutionary Biologists. mp’s art has been exhibited at two Venice Biennales and the well-known WATOU Festival in Belgium. She has drawn in the collection rooms of the American Museum of Natural History, the Harvard Museum of Comparative Zoology, and the Museum für Naturkunde Berlin. Her art is in permanent collections at the Nabokov Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, and Foster + Partners’ Library at the Freie Universität Berlin.
