2026 Celebration of the Arts Gala
The Humboldt Arts Council is proud to announce the 2026 Celebration of the Arts Gala, taking place on Saturday, May 30th, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Morris Graves Museum of Art. This year, the Council will present the 2026 Outstanding Contribution to the Arts Award to master woodworker and historical conservator Eric Hollenbeck.

CELEBRATE ST. PATRICK’S DAY WITH THE ACADEMY OF IRISH DANCE
This special St Patrick's Day celebration will feature a delightful array of traditional Irish dances. Expect to see lively reels, intricate jigs and slip jigs and powerful treble reels, performed with passion and precision. Our talented dancers, ranging from 7 years of age to adults, will showcase their individual flair, each choosing their favorite tunes to "kick up their heels."

Join the Humboldt Arts Council at the Morris Graves Museum of Art for Art Talk Sunday on February 8th, with the artists from the exhibition 10th Street Studio. 10th Street Studio was the new home for four like-minded artists—Carol Andersen, Laura Corsiglia, Peggy Rivers, and Van Shields—who had recently entered into a shared space dedicated to creativity and mutual support. Now, it is gone.
